@leonard84 Thank you for starting this, would it be possible to introduce Kotlin support now?
Would love to have RequireKotlinVersion for Kotlin projects, those incompatible dependencies are driving me crazy, Kotlin 1.9 removed ScriptingCompilerConfigurationComponentRegistrar for example 😅

There won't be any Kotlin specific rules added to core.

Additional rules may be created in external projects following the instructions found at https://kordamp.org/enforcer-gradle-plugin/#_authoring
